Dallas Bathroom Remodeling Success Stories – Make it Happen For You

Many things will incentivize you to get started on a bathroom reworking project such as:

- acquisition of a foreclosure and the bathroom is beyond disgusting

- the vinyl floor is maybe from the 1970’s

- you have nowhere to store your cosmetics – except on the floor

- you can not turn around in the lavatory at all – has it mostly been this small?

Whatever your reason, you can never go screwy in refreshing and modernizing your toilet space. Not merely will it be more functional for you and your folks, but also the additional value when you resell your house will be unusual and quite rewarding.

A very successful toilet transform may result in just the changing of a little powder room. One of my most successful loo transforms, however, was a miniscule hall bathroom.

To begin this lavatory transforming, I painted the walls a creamy yellow which gave it a rapid polish. Next, I selected natural slate tiles for sturdiness and classy look. To top everything off, natural soy candles, fluffy white towels, and nickel hardware finished the look. This low-profile powder room remodel was finished with a miniscule budget, but made such a massive difference!

Bathroom remodeling for the master suite is a bit more frightening. My best remodel of a master bath happened in my house when it was new and still had builder-grade materials. The biggest chore was to add a new garden tub with jets in the corner and install a new glass block window near the tub. New flooring made of natural slate (my favorite flooring material) gave a pleasant foundation to the entire bathroom. Top quality accessories like hand woven rugs and linens, soy candles, handmade cosmetic jars, and nickel hardware made the new bathroom very welcoming. The key to success for this project was keeping everything organized.

Whether your bathroom remodeling project is giant or small, a bit of up front planning and price research will pay off in the end. A heap of time is spent in the loo, and during home resell time, you’ll be satisfied that your toilet sparkles.

Your bathroom remodeling project will add lasting value to your house and as a bonus, you will enjoy your new space every day!.

What Others Are Saying!

"I'm so grateful Sunshine come into my life! Not only do I have a beautiful new sunroom but now my 50 year old home looks brand new since it was painted. I have found a contractor to handle all the "projects" around the house that my husband has no interest or time to do. No matter how small the job, when I call, they come. What a great feeling to have someone I can count on!"

Carol Ann,

"I would like to take this opportunity to commend Sunshine Sunrooms for the outstanding job that was done in designing and constructing a sunroom for our home. My decision to use Sunshine was based on the fact Sunshine listened to what we wanted and helped us design a room from our concept that we would be satisfied with. And satisfied we are!"

"We have lived in our home for over twenty years and never before gotten the types of compliments tha we have received from friends and family on how much more attractive and livable our sunroom addition has made our home. We have spent many pleasant hours this summer enjoying the room. We can only thank Sunshine Sunrooms and their staff for working with us to make our dream room something we can enjoy and be very proud of."

Norman and Toni,

"When Sunshine came to my house and looked at my existing room, they paid very close attention to what I was looking for. They asked many questions about my life style and spent hours with me planning my room. I was beginning to see the sun again. It turned out better than I had imagined. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful sunroom that I enjoy everyday. I couldn't have hired a better contractor than Sunshine."
